About the Department
The Department of Human Resource Management at SLTC, attached to the Faculty of Business Management, is a dynamic academic department committed to developing future- ready HR professionals with strong analytical, ethical, and strategic capabilities. Offering a rigorous undergraduate programme that blends global standards with Sri Lankan relevance, the department integrates theory with practical application across people-centered leadership, organizational development, and inclusive workplace practices.
